Kids Table & Favors

Happy Wednesday!!

We've been getting a lot of requests and questions as to what can be done for the children at the weddings or how to keep them busy and occupied. I've always suggested doing a kids table which I think can be pretty awesome! If done right, they'll love it and may even stay out of the way for a while.....well...at least until dancing time LOL! Here are some ideas that I think are great!

You can never go wrong with any of the items! Just as long as they are creative & fun! The kids will LOVE that you've created an area just for them! Trust me! :) You could even include games! I've done a wedding where the children were all at the table playing Uno, checkers and etc.! Also if you're able to have a small separate room or if your wedding is outdoors; you may even be able to include a puppeteer, balloon artist, or even a face painter for even more additional fun!

At some point, there may be a time where the children will get tired of sitting around. No worries! Just include an activity to keep them occupied once they've reached this point. One of my favorite Kid's Table idea is to place disposable cameras and an "I Spy" activity sheet at the table. The children at the reception will definitely keep themselves entertained while snapping photos of the different items on the list!
