WHAT TO EXPECT

Thank you for choosing Simply Unique Weddings & Events as your Event Planner-Stylist. We believe it is important for our potential clients to get an idea at our initial no obligation consultation.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We are happy to off you a complimentary, no obligation consultation with lead Planner and company owners, Mary & Todd Woodard.  This consultation typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.

The goal of this first appointment is to get to know you better, understand your vision and style, and to explain our pricing structure based on what your needs might be.  We will make some initial suggestions based on your potential theme and colors, however, this meeting is not intended to to start planning or designing your event but rather share with you some of our previous work & answer any questions you may have.  The only thing we ask is that you provide a full disclosure of your planning and décor budget for your event.   Should you feel we are a good fit, we will have you sign a contract as well as leave a deposit to secure your date. 

Once deposit is received and a contract is signed-we will begin concept development. 

5 MONTHS BEFORE

We will contact you to arrange a time for you to come in to have a second meeting with us about 4 to 5 months prior to your special day.  At this meeting, we will discuss in detail, your theme/color palette, the style, linens, centerpieces and etc. 

If you come across any photos or ideas that you like, please feel free to bring them with you to the meeting.  We're so excited to work with you in making sure your event is one of a kind.  

TWO MONTHS BEFORE

We will contact you to arrange a time to come in and see a mock-up of the guests tables and example of the centerpieces if requested.  This meeting may be unnecessary if you are not using our chair covers, linens, or décor for the guests tables.  

At this meeting we will review your quote, and ensure that we have a complete understanding of what your vision is for your special day.  

ONE WEEK BEFORE

We will be in touch with the venues to arrange our set-up and tear-down times.  If there is anything special that you require, please let us know.  But in the mean time, sit back, RELAX and enjoy your wedding week!
